Workplace pensions: trustees' duties after a "contribution holiday" and the transfer of assets out of reach of the scheme
Held: A pension is not a gift. It is wages, earned and deferred. Trustees who let an employer stop paying in, and stand by while assets are moved beyond the scheme's reach, are in breach of trust.
