Case law: every judgment of the UKOGB courts
- The entry test. 25 multiple-choice questions on the law of England and Wales and the profession's rules. You need 18 right, within 30 minutes. Each test is drawn from a large bank, so a retake has different questions.
- The character check. Questions about your record and why you want to qualify. Someone from the regulator reads it, looks at your record on the website and decides.
